Michelle Hoffmann is an operations leader and team builder with more than a decade of C-level experience guiding startups and early-stage companies across fintech, digital assets, and emerging technologies. She specializes in developing systems and teams that help organizations scale sustainably and equitably.
Previously, Hoffmann was Chief Operating Officer for a Web3 advisory and digital asset management firm, where she oversaw multi-subsidiary operations, human resources, and strategic partnerships for a globally distributed team. Her career also includes founding New York City’s first direct-to-consumer fresh baby food delivery service, which expanded into school meal programs serving thousands of fresh, healthy snacks and lunches to students daily. She built partnerships with early education providers and wellness non-profits promoting healthy childhood habits through nutrition and exercise programs for parents and students.
Hoffmann has advised numerous early-stage ventures in food, ag-tech, and digital innovation, and is passionate about mentoring founders building purpose-driven businesses. She studied Communications and Media Studies at American University in Washington, D.C.
A longtime advocate for equitable access to education, Hoffmann served as Fundraising Chairperson for the Laura Hine for Pinellas County School Board campaign.
In her free time, Hoffmann and her husband can frequently be found on a football or baseball field cheering on their two teenage sons or walking along Tampa Bay with their dog Lando.
